    Location

    Many guests were loud during the night, and you could hear everything from the corridor and from the room next door. One night the people in the room next to our were particularly noisy, but when we called the reception they immediately intervened.

    My Luggage was lost in transit from jfk to San Fran.I Was notified by the airline that is was due in San Fran at about 10pm.By 12:30am it had still not arrived so I went to the desk personally to indicate that it was on its way from the airport and I needed some notes in the bag urgently.Apparently the bag arrived at 3 am but I was not notified and as I had to leave at 6 am for an important meeting I was unprepared whn I left specific instructions to be notified when the bag arrived.The whole purpose of my stay was this important meeting and thaks to American Airlines and yourselves it was almost a wasted exercise.

    From the moment of our (hassel-free) early check in until the moment we checked out, there was not one problem. Even when there was a wrong charge to our room, there were absolutely no problems resolving it.

    We requested early checking but that and we were told that it would be ok. When we arrive early check is not available at the Hotel. They asked for our cell number and said they would call us when the room was ready. After three hours we check again and the room was ready when asked why they did not call they said they never had our number. There were 5 elevators but only 2 were operating there was a 20 minute wait for the elevators at times. Many other guests were also complaining about the wait times but no one at the Hotel seem to care. We tried to get a Bell Hop to the room at 7 am and were told that you could not specify a time for the bell hop. So we carried our own bags. The front desk staff was not very friendly or professional, they just wanted to take your money and get back to their visiting among themselves. The service and amenities were well below standard for the price of the Hotel. The service was comparable with a $50 motel you stay at.

    The location was very convenient.

    The staff outside the hotel was not very attentive. They hardly were there to assist you with the doors, or in helping you with getting a cab. They usually were just conversating amoungst themselves.

    Great location, great view out of a very large window, and service was very, very good! I also liked the complimentary apple cider in the lobby... delicious.

    The daily parking fee seemed high, but then again, parking seems to be at a premium in San Francisco.

    The staff was friendly & accommodating. Very nice room with a terrific view and a great bed. The resturant was excellent!

    Our room had more than enough space for a small round table and 2 dining chairs for room service meals etc.

    The Staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The location was great and I really enjoyed staying there.

    I order a "premiere King" room for extra money and the room, while very clean with a nice view, was very small. The water in the shower also did not hold a constant temperature, going from hot to cold.
