The hotel is clean and the employees are very helpful and genuinely caring. The location is ideal, close to main shopping areas like the Westfield mall and within walking distance to the Flat Iron Building. Situated next to many bars, restaurants, and stores.

My 4-night stay was good value. This hotel is stunningly beautiful with a very central setting. The room was nicely styled and silent with great decor. The view of the bay was absolutely fabulous.

Reasonably good staff with my service, unbeatable and excellent location next to the ferry building, Union Square for shopping, restaurants and the MOMA, cental San Francisco and union square / Chinatown. Got stocked room with BREATHTAKING views of the bay and full-length windows and a dresser.

I had a very positive stay. The room was airy and new-fashioned. The hotel was clean. The location was favorable very close to a main transportation hub so easy to navigate the city. The staff here was exceptional and incredible. My stay at Hyatt Regency San Francisco Downtown Soma was truly enjoyable. The room was modern and spacious, and the hotel was kept spotless. Its convenient location near a major transportation hub made exploring the city a breeze, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic experience.

Great and easy location in San Francisco so close to Union Square, the Embarcadero, Financial district and Montgomery BART station, last nightlife and several restaurants / coffee shops. About 15 minutes walk from Chinatown. Very impressed with double room and really friendly staff who exemplify such great customer service. Large, delicious breakfasts with many options of food, sugary granola and yogurt.

The modern room with large windows was a pleasant surprise. I liked having a desk and chair to use. 🌟 The breakfast was really good, and having an Irish bar on-site was a nice touch. The hotel's location next to the convention center was fantastic and convenient.
